An Italian bar in the heart of SoHo
Located on the bustling corner of SoHo’s Staunton and Aberdeen Streets, Stazione Novella pays homage to the simple Italian wine bars around the train station in Florence.
This neighbourhood favourite is a venue for any time or occasion, from a late breakfast to light meals and near midnight wines. The charming venue reflects the vibrant, transient energy of its junction location, with guests coming and going throughout the day. The wine programme focuses on Tuscan wines by niche producers alongside choice for bottles from underappreciated wine regions such as Sicily and Lombardy. The impressive offering is complemented by a range of draught and bottled beers including Italy’s iconic Peroni, as well as Aperol Spritz and Campari, Italian summer cocktails suited for the Hong Kong heat. The thoughtful design recreates a vibe akin to that of an Italian ‘vico’, or side street, with floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto the pavement.
Open from early morning until bed, Stazione Novella is a venue to be visited at any time of day.
